ONLY MR+ can give strike's if you are not MR+ and you try to give a strike you will be DEMOTED! if you are trying to give a strike ask if they have read the handbook if yes give them a strike if No tell them where to go read it and read it your rank have admin? do you have it? well if you dont! go to the cafe admin center its in the cafe game go to the page to see the times!
