Description
The village of Vuz, historically known as Kholoiv, is a notable settlement in Ukraine's Lviv Oblast. With a past shaped by conflict and administrative change, it was the site of a 1920 battle during the Polish-Soviet War. Its population has fluctuated, from a peak of over 4,000 in 1921 to its present-day community of approximately 1,500 people. Vuz continues to exist as a testament to its enduring presence amid the shifting landscapes of Eastern European history.
