El Ejército Argentino [EA] es la rama terrestre de las Fuerzas Armadas argentinas, siendo uno de los brazos ejecutores del Sistema de Defensa Nacional, junto a la Armada y Fuerza Aérea, cuya misión principal es rechazar agresiones militares externas. Está subordinado al presidente de la Nación Argentina, por el cual es el comandante en jefe de las Fuerzas Armadas.
