Description
The Kingdom of Skyrim [Keiz-Aal] is the most rugged region of Tamriel. And home to the fierce Human race known as the Nords. Skyrim is split into nine holds. Each ruled by an individual Jarl who has his own cabinet of advisors The Government of Skyrim is such that the whole country is ruled by a High Queen. Who is elected through a moot where all the Jarls participate in electing their sovereign. This sovereign is the face of all external politics to Skyrim. With the Jarls keeping most of the power in their region. But recently, the Political climate had shifted. And the Queen is chosen by the Vokun of the Cult of Thu'um.
