A メodinary must stick together at all times, treat every member with respect, and work as one strong team. Everyone listens, everyone speaks kindly, and everyone does their part without complaining. The メodinary helps each other learn, improve, and succeed, especially when things get hard. No one is ignored, bullied, or blamed unfairly. Trust is important, so members must be honest and keep promises. Problems are solved calmly, not with fighting or shouting. The メodinary protects each other, celebrates wins together, learns from mistakes, and always puts teamwork above selfish behavior.
