Description

The Imperial State of Austria is the current successor of the Austro-Hungary Empire, and is also now the ruler of the Balkans. With World War 1 ending as a stalemate in March of 1916, all nations involved gained nothing and are exhausted. In early 1918, the Austro-Hungary empire collapsed causing the Balkans to become more of a mess than it already was. In 1923 Austria declared itself an empire after asserting dominance in the Balkans by successfully conquering Czechoslovakia and Slovenia. =========================================================================== Era/Year(s): Mid 1950's.
