The Mariposa Lily Order (MLO) is a covert, extremist faction originating from a classified United States Intelligence Agency psychological warfare program. Initially believed to be an experimental initiative intended to develop enhanced operatives through hallucinogenic conditioning and behavioral restructuring, the program instead produced deeply fractured subjects who would later evolve into a decentralized and highly adaptive organization.
