Description
The GDI dates all the way back to October 12th 1995 as a military army, navy, and air force. Made to combat the Brotherhood of Nod's global terror and power, they would fight in the First Tiberium War for 3 years in the late 90s. With the destruction of the Brotherhood's HISTORICAL LOCATION (just don't wanna spoil for people) a period of relative peace dawned, allowing the GDI to focus on researching Tiberium. These days GDI merely acted as an expeditionary force to the ever-growing dangers of the Alien-like Tiberium effects on the world and keeping Nod forces at bay. CREDIT TO: EA and Westwood Studios for the lore, name, and universe that this group has or takes place in. (Command & Conquer, mainly Tiberian Sun)
