Illegal Timescam Broadcast Emergency The men, women, and children of ITBE are the humble garbagemen of the world. They see to it that the filth and tumors that grow on the cultures of this Earth are properly taken care of, the way a loving parent is forced to see to it that their children get adequate consequences for bad behavior. Without criticism or change the world stagnates. Without ITBE, this collective blockade reaches critical mass and becomes a mental Great Wall of China: its inhabitants so narcissistic and sure of themselves, so unable to accept change or failure, that people devolve to an infant-like state, censoring every possible negative thought and never allowing themselves or their children to rise to the challenge.
