Description
Dragons' SCPF | Department of External Affairs The SCP Foundation's Department of External Affairs is responsible for managing the Foundation's interactions with external entities, such as governments, NGOs, law enforcement, and influential public figures. Its main duties include establishing covert partnerships to ensure cooperation or silence, maintaining secrecy around the Foundation's existence, and negotiating agreements that support containment efforts without breaching global awareness. The department must also monitor and mitigate the spread of knowledge related to anomalies, maintain plausible deniability, and address diplomatic concerns that could affect operational security.
