OBSIDIAN ANOMALOUS DIRECTORATE (OAD) A classified organization dedicated to the study, control, and management of anomalous threats to global stability. Operating outside public oversight, OAD conducts containment, research, intelligence, and tactical operations across multiple black sites worldwide. Not all anomalies are imprisoned—some are studied, some are neutralized, and some are utilized.
