Description
CWCR (Centrale Wojskowe Centrum Rekrutacji, Central Military Recruitment Center) operates under the Polish Ministry of National Defence and coordinates military recruitment across the country. CWCR manages and oversees recruitment, reserve service, voluntary basic military service, military qualification procedures and promotional campaings encouraging people to join the army of Poland, as well as supervises local WCRs - Wojskowe Centra Rekrutacji, aka Military Recruitment Centers. CWCR is the very heart of the Polish army, recruiting new members under their motto, which is "Stay Ready, Be Steady".* *Note: this is not the real motto. CWCR, in fact, does not really have a motto, but we had to have something.
