𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The Brandenburgisches Dragoner-Regiment Nr.2 is a mounted dragoon regiment in the Royal Prussian Army and later Imperial German Army. The unit was formed from the remains of the older Dragoner-Regiment No. 1 when it was dissolved in 1806. The unit made up the occupation force in France from 1815-1818. It saw its action during the wars of unification, fighting in all three wars. During the Austro-Prussian War, the unit was apart of Prince Karl Friedrich of Prussia's 1st Army.
