Welcome to the City State of Great Ember! Our Mayor is Kingoh We are a 1930's era city, so please wear a suit and business hat if you are male. Police can only arrest people if they do something bad, like stealing a car, they will be arrested, held for 5 minutes, sent to court then they will be sentenced. Outlaws may have guns, and they can be arrested. NOTE If you are an outlaw, you cant commit crimes randomly, I will build you a safe - house. Outlaws can Kidnap officials, but they must release them after about 3 - 4 minutes, or police will come. Religious Leaders are the Priests and Monks in the churches. Note: Mass must be held about 2 -3 times a day.
