The Austria-Hungary Empire is a very serious roleplay group.The Austro-Hungarian Empire, or simply Austria-Hungary (officially, Austro-Hungarian Monarchy; in German: Österreichisch-Ungarische Monarchie; in Hungarian: Osztrák-Magyar Monarchia), was a European state created in 1867 after the so-called Austro-Hungarian Compromise, which equated the status of the Kingdom of Hungary with that of the Austrian Empire, both under the same monarch. The full official name of the Empire translates as: "The Kingdoms and Territories represented in the Imperial Council and the Territories of the Hungarian Holy Crown of St. Stephen". [N 1] The sovereign ruled as Emperor of Austria over the west and north, the so-called Cisleitania, and as King of Hungary over Transleitania.
