Description
Nestled among the forests and rolling hills of Eastern Europe, Vostren was a small and impoverished nation that had known little more than hardship and peace. Its villages were modest, its cities quiet, and its people relied on farming, trade, and small industries to survive. For generations, Vostren avoided the conflicts of its larger neighbors. But that peace ended when Velgrad, a powerful nation from the east crossed the border, claiming that Vostren's territory was rightfully theirs. The invasion came swiftly. Vostren's small military struggled to contain the advance, forcing the government to call upon its citizens. Farmers, students, workers, and shopkeepers found themselves leaving their homes to defend their towns and families. As Velgrad forces pushed deeper into the country, Vostren's people faced an impossible choice: flee their homes or stand and defend them. What began as a quiet, forgotten nation soon became a country fighting for its very survival.
