Description
The 9e Régiment de Hussards was a Hussar regiment that participated in the Napoleanic Wars. It was known as the Hussards Rouges or Red Hussars after its scarlet dolmans. The 9e Régiment de Hussards originated as the Hussards de la Liberté, formed in 1792 and fought in many decisive battles, such as the Battle of Austerlitz. VIVE LA FRANCE! VIVE LA PATRIE!
