Founded in August 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Homeless Welfare Recipients began as a trolling group — but like any great underdog story, we evolved. Now proudly integrated into Central NY State Roleplay on ERLC, we serve as a humorous but vital part of our server's community culture. Whether you're here to roleplay, joke around, or just embrace the chaos, there's always room for one more on the welfare line.
