Description
The Rifle National Guard (R.N.G.) is a militant, anti-F.C.R.I. group formed to oppose the actions of the Federal Containment and Research Institute (F.C.R.I.). Created in the aftermath of the catastrophic Echo Stone Incident in 2001, where the F.C.R.I. was responsible for a containment breach that caused an entire town to vanish, the R.N.G. seeks to expose the Institute’s secrets and dismantle its operations. The R.N.G. believes that the F.C.R.I. is a dangerous, unaccountable organization that exploits anomalous entities and human test subjects for unethical experiments. Their primary goal is to stop the Institute from manipulating dangerous phenomena and to prevent further loss of life or civil liberties. Operating as a decentralized resistance network, they use guerrilla tactics, cyber warfare, and covert operations to expose the truth about the F.C.R.I.’s actions and to disrupt its operations.
