Description
The National Emergency Provisional Pact of America, also known colloquially by its members as "NEPTA", is a provisional coalition of American successor and pretender states absorbed into the concept of a restored federal United States of America, their legendary by-gone forefathers. America during the events of Newhope is considerably diverged since before the Great Blight, which ended the nearly four-century-old Republic. Now, the sons and daughters of America lie divided not only by sovereign localities, but by culture, faith, and even principle. Some say the very idea of a restored America is as idealist as compared to a re-established Rome in eras prior, an idyllic dream rather than a potential reality, or so they say.
