Swiss Line Infantry 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 "No Money, No Swiss" Line infantry - the backbone of every army and every campaign of a nation. Fighting in line formations of close proximity to their comrades, they are the main force used to achieve victory. These men pour volleys of musket-fire onto the enemy, and usually follow up with bayonet charges. Historically, due to Switzerland's neutrality, the Swiss cantons would allow foreign governments to make agreements for the integration of Swiss units for certain prices. The expectation was that these mercenaries would be of high quality, well trained, and disciplined men, ready to fight for their purchaser. Because of famed skill of these Swissmen, many governments employed them in their armies, the most common being France.
