The Portland Empire #735683609

Description
The Empire of Portland is a fictional country that is on the continent of Vanterum on the world of Rojann. The empire dates all the way back to the early 1600’s. Many kingdoms and smaller states united into one monarchy which switched to an 2 emperor type system. Portland grew from a small kingdom into a thriving empire which then conquered her neighbors and grew to a superpower. It seems no one can stop her, perhaps fate brought her here? God? luck? But, as we know. Empires never last forever. I made this because I was bored.
