The internal affairs function is not an enforcement function, but rather a policing function that works to report only. They are responsible for investigating entire misconduct/suspicious subjects within USBP and BORTAC. OIA - USCBP is not authorized for opening investigation case for FPS, however can complain to the FPS High Command.
