The Danish Army Medical command is not an individual regiment, but it is rather an Headquarters and overseeing Command to all Combat Medic Platoons. Medical Personnel can serve as Field Doctors, Paramedics and Combat Medics. Their purpose is to look after the general health and well being to Soldiers, and to provide emergency first aid in Combat Situations.
