[GROUP DECOMMISSIONED] ---- The External Affairs Division within the UIU's Administration Board is responsible for dealing with GOIs. The EA can set up raids, ally’s, enemies, tours, and can even do Raid Negotiations. EA deals with any issues that arise with our Groups of Interest. The majority of this division is ran by UIU’s Executives and Board of Directors. ---- Only Executives and Board of Directors can be in External Affairs.
