Description
The Tartaros Empire is ruled by an tyrant empress who's only ambition is to rule the world. Many priests Edinburgh Theocracy refer to her a demon as she has seemingly lived for thousands of years; other cultures rumor that she is a elder vampire. There is not much else known about her besides she has never shown her face to the world, residing in her dark castle's throne where few may enter to inform or take orders. The country itself inhabits people who seek to maintain a low profile away from other countries whether it be from heinous crimes or free reign to practice outlawed magic such as necromancy. The dark gothic structures of the cities could drive anyone with a faint heart away. Both the Theocracy and Gathaz have shown formidable resistance against the Empire's hoards of undead and necromancers to have them cease their advance and redirect their expansion to the west continent.
