Description
The Chaos Insurgency, unlike the Foundation who simply "store" their SCPs, that would like to utilize the artifacts, most likely as weapons or worse. The Insurgency wants to take down the SCP Foundation by possibly unleashing SCPs. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The Insurgency actively uses anomalous items. And all the Insurgency really needs to know is what to do with the anomalies, not what they are or their exact method of function. _________________________________________________________________________________________ We are a splinter group of the Foundation who thought just containing the SCPs was for nerds. _________________________________________________________________________________________ Stole a bunch of anomalies, and have been in a with the other organizations in order to acquire and utilize anomalous tools.
