Description
An informal exit briefing was conducted by the team with the following results essential for institutionalization of the training process of the Army: 1. Empowerment of the TRADOC Registrar Office, proposing authority to have direct access in updating SOIs of all graduates in terms of military schooling entries; 2. All TRADOC subordinate units should conduct a deliberate research on their respective absorptive capacity specifically on student accommodation; and, 3. TRADOC should invest on database infrastructure in order to have complete, detailed and correct information of products such as the graduates. TRAINING COMMAND OF THE, ARMED FORCE OF THE PHILIPPINES
