20 years have passed, The beautiful City of Electric State is now only left with memories of the past, the dead city that was once very futuristic has now been covered in a sand and surrounded by mercenaries who want to make back the old memories of Electric State, an Elite organization called "Electric State Mafia" was formed to intruders who had evil intentions. Since the first day of Electric State Mafia's was formed, the organization has carried out many plan's to bring peace to Electric State. Many have died, but the fallen Mafia's did not die in vain. Only time will tell when this misery will end. But, they will not stop here. Although they were trampled, tortured, kicked. Only one they know, Freedom and peace.
