The Phillencian Empire #742179

Description
Hello, we are the phillencian empire. We also have a kingdom named The kingdom of Phillencia. That is the only PBS we have so far. We are also a BC only group, to improve opportunities for the people in the group. The upper-class citizen rank works on loyalty. If you are in the empire for at least one month and are loyal to your colleges, then you will become a upper-class citizen :D Also, there is a position open in the supreme leader class. If 2 of you "like" each other, then we can have a supreme leader wedding ceremony where both of you will be declared into the supreme office, and become supreme leaders together. Just come to The Phillencian Wedding Grounds. For now, I am the wedding priest.
