Description
Ministry Of Darkness (闇の省 , Yami no shō) is a secret organization led by Secreto that secretly controls the entire modern world. The organization was founded in 16th century and it contains elite ghouls and rogues in specific establishments which have an impact on the world. They offer influence, knowledge and power to the people who are capable enough to join and they only want their loyalty in return. Their main goal is to gain complete control and bring a new world order to the world while ruling over them.
