The Anomaly Control Department ----------------------------------------------------------------------- The Anomaly Control Department (ACD) is an organization funded by the Communist Party of China in the search, research, usage, and destruction of anomalies for the people of China, and the ruling government. The ACD's purpose in the modern world is to find anomalies that would be useful for the ruling government to maintain control and provide more resources at their disposal. If the anomalies cannot be found a proper use, they are destroyed by any means possible.
