Description
Directorate School of Advancement (DSA) is the official academic and leadership institution of the Federation of Unity. The DSA exists to identify, educate, and prepare members for advanced responsibilities within the Federation. Through structured training, evaluation, and service-based progression, candidates demonstrate discipline, leadership capability, and commitment to the Federation’s principles. Graduates of the DSA are entrusted with expanded access to classified operations, higher-level coordination, and eligibility for specialized divisional duties. Advancement is earned through merit, conduct, and proven reliability—not seniority alone. As an affiliate of the Federation of Unity, the Directorate School of Advancement serves as the foundation upon which future officers, administrators, and directors are formed.
