The Education & Training Services is responsible for developing the knowledge, leadership, and skills of all personnel within the force. Its mission is to provide high-quality education, training, and guidance to ensure that every member reaches their full potential in both military and academic standards. ETS officers oversee instruction, examinations, and learning development across all regiments. Upholding the values of discipline, knowledge, and excellence, they prepare soldiers to lead with confidence and competence.
