The Skytop People's Liberation Army is a Socio-Communist Extremist Faction situated in settlements nearby Skytop. The SPLA acts as a unified front against the aggressive IMC and their expansionist policy, forcefully evicting settlers and killing those who rose up. The SPLA expertise lie in guerrilla warfare and occasionally joint-arms units. The SPLA acts as an organized resistance group with it's majority being Farmers, Settlers and Traders who know their way around the entire region.
