Description
The Presidential Security Group / Command is an elite multi-service unit tasked with the 24/7 close-in protection and safeguard of the President of the Philippines, the First Family, the Vice President, visiting foreign dignitaries, and key presidential residences. While it operates as a joint command incorporating members from the Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, and Police, a significant portion of its tactical leadership and troop contingent comes directly from the Philippine Army.
