We Secure, Contain and Protect ------------------------ The Special Containment Procedures Foundation is a government arranged organization with the widespread goal of containing anomalous objects that obstruct the normalcy of the real world, or so the people think. The foundation is run by a group of highly knowledgeable people that are said to never die in the darkness of the foundation.
