TECOM accomplishes its mission through five core competencies which involve transforming recruits into Marines. Providing entry level skills to Marines assigned military occupational specialties. Provide Marines education that improves decision making and allows them to assume increased responsibility. Develop and maintain the Marine Air Ground Task Force.
