This division is taken for the most prominent raids/defenses as they are trusted to show the opponent what Velvixia is made of. Only the most qualified are considered to be allowed to pend for the Hyrule Division, rather their qualifications are leadership-related or swordfighting-related. Along with the necessity of being at least a Medium-Rank in Velvixia.
