The Toppat Clan. The legendary group of thieves that has claimed a notoriety of money, gold, artifacts, and even some gems due to their massive skills. We are the Aquatic Division of this clan. We host a highly stealthy underwater base that contains a part of the clan's gems, money, and others. We are proud to be the group we are and we're ready to rob some vaults. /Things to know/ -You need a top-hat to be accepted into higher ranks btw -Giveaways may happen but only to people with top-hats (Based on a group from The Henry Stickmin Collection by Puffballs united)
