UNSC Academy of Military Excellence --------------------------------------------- The Academy of Military Excellence is responsible for the filter of all new cadets into the UNSC. Everything that is not given through a field promotion is deemed here. Field Promotions stop at the end of an Enlist Rank, where units will have to go through the Officer Academy in order to become an NCO within the UNSC. --------------------------------------------- All drill instructors would be an NCO or CO of a Branch, sub branch or division in which that falls under the Academy of Military Excellence. Any of these drill instructors may only train or tryout their OWN Branches, sub branches or divisions. They may not train another branch.
