Its members recruit, negotiate, and expand Syndicate influence across settlements and frontier hubs through reputation, persuasion, and calculated presence. Whether offering contracts to lone mercenaries or brokering agreements with other groups, the Induction Order ensures the Syndicate’s name is known, respected—and feared. Their words open doors. Their presence grows numbers. And when attention turns dangerous, they vanish without a trace.
