Description
The Chicago Spirit ___________________________________________________________________________________________ The Chicago Spirit was one of the biggest anomalous crime syndicates in the western hemisphere. The group first began in Chicago and branched out to other places as they grew stronger. Many of it's members are rumored to have anomalous capabilities, as that's what they were mainly recruited for. The organization's activities involve robbery, attacks on rival businesses, running both legal and illegal businesses, but more importantly, the selling of anomalous objects.
