The Training Division is responsible for preparing, developing, and evaluating all officers within the department. Our mission is to ensure every recruit and officer meets the highest standards of professionalism, discipline, and tactical readiness. Through structured courses, field evaluations, and advanced instruction, we build confident, capable, and well‑trained personnel ready to serve the community. Training staff are expected to demonstrate leadership, patience, and strong communication skills. Every session is designed to improve performance, strengthen teamwork, and uphold the core values of the department.
