This faction was made as a neutral clinic for the massive amounts of dead, wounded and simply ill people inside the Detention District. They are considered a group built out of necessity after the Outpost Massacre wiped most of NATO's willingness to supply the district. Now they are little more than a medical house filled with the dead and dying. Struggling to support everyone in the district and engaged in a noble effort to bring the mortality rate a little closer to 0. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
