He After that felt Rage, and anger and created a group called "The Chaos Insurgency" he hated the Foundation. He succeeded To Get Members in it because more Class-D were Escaping Then, Criminals Began joining and Huge Raids We’re hosted by the Leader of the insurgents. Before The # Thing They Messed up: They, weren’t trained enough and it was impossible to make them better then the Foundation, because The Foundation had the most Trained at Combat People In the world. The Chaos insurgents now are facing huge defeats.
