Description
The group of the famous Phantom Thieves from RELL Seas. The Phantom Thieves are a pirate group, founded in the middle of the East Blue. They are currently only two members with their cat helping with moral support (David our cat irl). Within this early time period, the two would go along collecting only the rarest devil fruits as thieves. And when they see a pirate or marine holding the world hostage, they will steal their heat with might from their adventures. Within this new crew the two members the captain and his friend will go out, seeking only the most trustworthy members for their small crew in order to bring justice to the world of RELL Seas. (Not a persona reference I swear). The duos first hunt is for the Bird Bird Fruit model Phoenix so they could awaken what they call, a Persona.
