21st GRU Spetsnaz Brigade "Silence is obedience." ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Formed in the final years of the Cold War, the 21st GRU Spetsnaz Brigade operates in absolute secrecy as Moskovgrad’s primary instrument of covert force. As the Soviet Union fractures and state authority deteriorates, the Brigade is tasked with eliminating threats that cannot be confronted openly during the transition toward the Russian Soviet Federation Socialist Republic.
