Concilium Plebisᅠ #764154154
Description
𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐔𝐌 𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐁𝐈𝐒 PLEBEIAN COUNCIL The Concilium Plebis, or Council of the Plebs, is an important legislative assembly in the Roman Republic made to represent the interests of the plebeians. Initially created as a response to the political exclusion of the lower classes, the Concilium Plebis gradually gained legislative power which now allows for the plebs to elect their own aediles and plebeian tribunes who have the extraordinary ability to veto the decision of curial magistrates.
