𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐒𝐓 𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍 "𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐎𝐑 𝐕𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐔" Divizia 1 Mecanizată "Tudor Vladimirescu" 𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 The First Mechanized Division "Tudor Vladimirescu" was formed from volunteers in the USSR in October 1943. It was a tool of propaganda and for preparation for the instauration of the Communism in Romania. It participated in the battles with the Soviet Union in Transylvania reaching the Tatra Mountains.
